The apprenticeship programme is an excellent way to grow your business and develop a highly skilled and motivated workforce. This is a perfect way to mould your employees in the way you would like them to work.
We are here to support you every step of the way in recruiting a new apprentice. After you have identified a need in your organisation for an apprentice, we aim to find you the best possible candidate for your vacancy. We will advertise your apprenticeship vacancy and identify potential candidates free of charge.
Once we are satisfied, we then refer to yourself quality candidates which you can finally interview and select.
Although the duration of any apprenticeship is between 12-15 months, most of our apprentices complete their apprenticeship by 12 months as their minimum required time period.
As an employer you need to make sure your apprentice:
- Is paid at least the apprenticeship minimum wage
- Is given support and training
- Is given time off monthly for their apprenticeship training
- Contract of employment
- Annual holiday entitlement
