These items can only be obtained via Ability Wars Staff giving them to you or being a staff member yourself. The items can range from purely cosmetic to giving the user the ability to edit the map itself. Building Tools (otherwise known as BTools for short) is an admin-only item that is pretty common throughout various games, it is used to add, edit, move, scale, rotate, delete and more.
