Disable Cheats

Description: This is a simple script that just disables the use of all cheats in the game, for e.g. with phone, the cheat enter box, and the controller combos. This was requested by @Dane_303 and I thought I would upload it here, if anyone wants it, for realism 'n stuff. Installation: You need: ScriptHookVDotNet. (and all its dependencies, like ScriptHookV). Copy and paste CheatRemover.dll and CheatRemover.pdb into your scripts folder
