About the Employer

A full time Sales & Lettings Negotiator/Lister role has arisen within a small, well established, and professional Estate Agency based in Leicester city centre.

Vacancy description

  • Taking emails, phone or walk-in enquiries to register applicants
  • Arranging viewings for potential clients
  • Answering incoming calls, uploading properties online to market, liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Administrative roles – answering emails and phone calls and filing certificates and reports
  • Actively seeking opportunities to improve branch procedures and share knowledge with other coordinators
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide cover in the absence of a negotiator to ensure consistent customer service
