About the Employer

Top Estates are a property lettings agency which specialise in properties to let and sell. We provide and deliver exceptional customer service which is tailored to the consumer whether this is a landlord or tenant. The properties which are listed are all of high quality and they are stylish, modern, with a hint of authenticity and uniqueness.

Daily duties include:

  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
  • Devising and maintaining office systems
  • Using content management systems to maintain internal databases
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
  • Maintaining stationery and equipment
  • Undertaking administrative tasks such as ordering equipment / stationery supplies, and reporting and rectifying faults and enquiries
  • Sorting and distributing in-coming post and organising and sending outgoing post
  • Photocopying and printing various documents on behalf of colleagues
  • Scanning documents to various computerised systems
  • Ensure all files are regularly maintained and are in accordance with our policies on file maintenance
  • Ensuring the office environment is free from hazards and identifying potential issues i.e. meeting your Health & safety responsibilities
  • Ensure the office environment including Reception and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
