About the Employer

A&a Salvage And Car Repair are a  Vehicle Salvage Dealers based in Leicester.

Daily duties will include

  • Greet and direct customers arriving for appointments
  • Answer the telephone courteously and respond to all telephone inquiries
  • Take responsibility for ensuring the notice boards are tidy and updated regularly
  • Filing and archiving
  • Make new and follow-up appointments for customers over the telephone
  • Processing vehicle documentation received from the sales team
  • Dealing with any discrepancy or query relating to the vehicle paperwork

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge and/or use of MS office applications such as word & excel is necessary.
  • Good IT, Literacy and Numeracy skills
