Duties will include:

  • Welcome customers into our showroom, establish their needs and wants and give them a guide price of their dream flooring
  • Guide them through the design process and demonstrate why customers choose Pacifik Floors
  • Book customer appointments for home measures & design consultations
  • Listen and capture customer requirements to ensure the design meets or exceeds expectations
  • Confirm all details with customers prior to delivery and gain their sign off using our customer charters contracts to ensure errors are minimised
  • Explain key documents to customers so they are clear on what they are receiving as part of their purchase
  • Follow up on customer enquiries who are yet to book showroom appointments
  • Adherence to compliance processes as directed by the Showroom Manager

Desired skills

  • Actively work with IT packages such as MS Outlook
  • Proven experience in an inbound sales/telephony customer relationship
  • Excellent commutations skills, both face to face and over the phone

Desired qualifications

  • GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English

Future prospects

  • Candidate will expect a performance review after 3 months of starting and have the opportunity for commission paid based additionally

Training to be provided

Level 2/3 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
