About the Employer
Clifton Packaging Group Ltd was established in 1981 and is a privately owned family business. We specialise in manufacture of packaging, packing machinery and contract packing predominantly in the food sector. We are able to offer the complete packaging solution all under one roof to meet your demands.
Duties will Include:
- Management of customer service queries
- Resolving carrier questions
- Processing of exception reporting
- Assist with continuous improvement activity
- Assist with final-mile end-customer dispute resolution
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Process refunds & exchanges
- Proactively identify & recover order exceptions
- Manage, organise and update relevant data & system applications
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

GCSE’s at grades A*-C / 9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English
Things to consider
Potential candidate will be trained for customer facing, internal coordination and areas of Sales like price negotiation to delivering finished products.
Training to be provided
Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
