Duties will include

  • Plan and coordinate lullabees marketing calendar
  • Design lullabees newsletters and plan strategies for building our subscribers
  • Plan and design Lullabee printed marketing materials
  • Get enthusiastically involved and manage the Lullabee feed content
  • Engage with our followers, authorise comments and posts and reply to questions and comments
  • Manage our team of freelance photographers and content creators
  • Manage our freelance videographers to develop high-quality video content
  • Promote existing content across social channels to maintain visibility and grow our following
  • Analyse and report on social stats and devise strategies to grow engagement and sales
  • Keep up to date with social media trends, regulations and best practices
  • Coordinate promotions and offers
  • Coordinate gifting to influencers/Lullabee Brand Ambassadors
  • Assist the Customer Services/Office Manager with other tasks related to marketing and communications
  • Build and grow relationships with key influencers, charities and community partners and run exciting campaigns that raise our brand awareness and improve our domain authority
  • Manage and grow our affiliate team
  • Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
  • Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
  • Coordinate with the team to manage marketing strategies for new product launches and new site features. Qualifications/Requirements
  • The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter

  • Able to manage your own and your team’s workload and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Friendly and helpful demeanour, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service
  • Sewing knowledge, and can supplement this with help from the team here at Lullabee Fabrics or other resources where needed
  • Identify efficiencies and improvements and work ideas through from inception to implementation. We’re a rapidly growing company and we set a very fast pace, so you’ll need to be someone who enjoys a challenge, and sets high standards

  • Presentable and approachable.

  • Experience of Shopify
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Microsoft proficient
  • Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp
  • High digital literacy

GCSE’s at grades A*-C / 9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English

Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
