Duties will include:

- IT/Business Systems Knowledge
- Familiarization with and working knowledge of IT/systems including but not limited to:
- Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
- Inventory Management System / Inventory Planner
- Shopify
- MS Office
- Amazon / Etsy / eBay
- ClickUp
- Attend training on SK.C systems to keep up with best practice.
- IT/Business Support Systems
- Data entry on business systems as required
- Proactively ensuring all listings on sales channels are relevant and accurate (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon etc.)
- Regularly reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are in line with business growth
- Providing graphics (images and videos) & other media material to expand SK.Cs reach on all market places (Etsy, eBay, Amazon & Shopify)
- Work with Marketing team to facilitate website migration
- Marketing Software Tools
- Familiarization with and working knowledge of IT/systems including but not limited to:
- Photoshop
- Canva
- Powerpoint
- Podcasting
- Social Media sales channels
- Liaise with marketing department to ensure correct keywords are used across all channels
- Update and maintain various sales channels to expand SK.Cs market reach
- Marketing Support
- Liaise with marketing teams to ensure correct keywords are used across all channels
- Update and maintain various sales channels to expand SK.Cs market reach
- Keep abreast of current trends in the market place and report back
- Create and maintain SK.Cs marketing and branding material
- Prepare inventory and marketing media for trade shows
- Communicate with external agencies (eg Amazon)
- Ensure pricing is uniform across all platforms in the relevant currency
- Social Media Management
- Liaise with external social media providers
- Manage product reviews and competitions
- Reply to social media queries as required
- Create content calendar in collaboration with marketing team

Desired qualifications
GCSE’s at grades A*-C / 9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum three (3) years previous experience in a similar role
Future prospects
Permanent role after the apprenticeship and/or progression onto higher qualification
Training to be provided
Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship, which includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
