Following are some ways you can enjoy the journey while pursuing your dreams: CELEBRATE Treat yourself to something special such as going to lunch or a movie with your spouse or a friend, playing with your child or grandchild, or reading a book. RELAX Allow yourself to take breaks such as enjoying a nature walk, taking a long bubble bath, or getting a manicure, pedicure, or massage. DISPLAY COMPLIMENTS If you receive a compliment from an agent, editor, or published author, display the e-mail or letter where you can read it again when you feel discouraged. REJOICE The Word of God contains many verses about joy and rejoicing. . . .
