Businesses continually need to keep developing their staff to stay ahead of their competition and upskilling via an apprenticeship is a popular solution. Employees can gain new skills and knowledge to apply to their existing roles or support their development into a new role within the business.
At Wise Origin College we understand the importance of developing staff and employ qualified assessors to develop their skills. In return, we ask for employers to support their apprentices from the start and commit to ensuring they are able to undertake 6 hours a week off the job hours within their contracted hours. This is a mandatory government requirement to enable the apprentice to complete their assignments and their required guided learner hours.
