The system can often be complicated however, our experts are here to help utilise your levy funds located within your Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account to maximise the benefits to your business.

An apprenticeship is more affordable than you think

The government has committed to increasing the funds within your levy account by 10% with 80% of the apprenticeship funding cost spread across the length of the apprenticeship. A final 20% will be required at the end. If the funds within your DAS account do not cover the cost of an apprenticeship the government has further committed to contributing 95% of the total apprenticeship cost. Therefore, the employer would only subsequently be required to make a 5% contribution.

Use it or lose it

When paying into an apprenticeship levy you need to be aware that funds expire 24 months after they enter into your Digital Apprenticeship Service account.
